Manage up to 200 tickets per book across multiple series (A, B, C…). Record buyer names, phone, email, club, and notes against every ticket.

✦ Step by Step ✦
From install to your first winning reveal in minutes.
Click the Download button to grab Win_Wizard_Installer.exe. Run the installer — it takes under a minute and requires no admin rights beyond the install step. Windows 10 or 11 is all you need.
On first launch Win Wizard creates a default ticket series (1A – 200A). Open Settings to change the number of tickets per book or add additional series (B, C, D…) for multiple books. Changes regenerate the ticket file automatically.
Use the Tickets tab to fill in buyer details for each sold ticket — name, phone, email, club, and any notes. Mark each ticket as Sold using the checkbox. You can also import a pre-filled CSV if you have data ready.
Head to the Prizes tab to add each prize with its name, quantity, value, donor, draw number, and an optional photo. Mark prizes as Active so they appear in the draw. Inactive prizes are kept for records but skipped during the draw.
In Settings → Display, pick which screen should show the live draw to your audience. Use the Test Display button to confirm the correct monitor is selected before the event begins. You can also enable a mirrored preview on your own screen.
Select the prize to draw for, then click Draw Winner. The audience display fills the screen with rolling ticket numbers that slow to reveal the winner — complete with flashing text and confetti. The winner is automatically marked in your data and you can tick off ID Checked and Prize Collected on the spot.
